SEG student William Chan wins Medalist for International WorldSkills London 2011


 
 Congratulations to William Chan Jun Wei, DDEE student for winning the International Worldskills London 2011, Bronze Medal (Information Network Cabling) on 10th Oct 2011.

William represented Singapore and competed for 4 intensive days from 5th Oct 2011 to 8th Oct 2011 in the Information Network Cabling Trade with 10 other countries (including Japan, Korea, Sweden, Norway, Thailand, Vietnam, Brazil, Hongkong, Macau China, UAE). It was a tedious fight between the countries, with our RP and SEG fighting spirit, he has emerged and won an International Bronze Medal for Singapore after Japan and Korea in this prestigious International Worldskills competition.



Worldskills is an international skills competition with over 50 countries participation. There are 43 trade categories in total and Singapore is represented in 19 categories. http://www.worldskillslondon2011.com/
